Arise: A Simple Story

            Arise: A Simple Story will be coming to Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC on December 3rd, 2019.      Story: The game starts off with a wide view of what appears to be a funeral.. for yourself. The protagonist is then awake in a blank but calling universe. As he progresses further into the unknown he notices a blinking light at the top of a mountain. Walking, climbing, and jumping through different terrains until he has reached his end. Hopefully fulfilling all questions about his life in those happy and sad moments.  

    Thoughts: When I first watched the trailer I was impressed with the soundtrack and the graphic art style reminded me of Journey, and Sky: Children of the Light. That being said, I think the game will have a beautiful interactive story but will be on the short side. I've read that there are around 10 levels "life moments" that you explore. Now, this shouldn't take away from the experience but you should know before purchasing.  

     The game is being published by Techland who is famously known for titles such as Dying Light, Dead Island Riptide, Call of Juarez, The Gunslinger, etc.
